We ship out all of our orders via CANADA POST / USPS , UPS and FED EX
Transit Times
We strive to ship out all orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. Our warehouse is located in Vaughan, Ontario and transit time varies based on destination. Most packages will arrive within five days. Orders going to either coast can take up to seven business days to arrive. Our checkout process shows an estimated transit time for CANADA POST Priority Domestic Mail. The estimated time shown does not include processing times in both our warehouse and CANADA POST warehousing facilities during the transit process.
Tracking Information
Shipping confirmation will be emailed to customers at the end of each business day. The tracking number associated to the order will be attached to the order within 24 hours from time of shipment. Only orders for customers that have a registered account with us are able to view their tracking number from the customer account page.
Please note, international tracking numbers can take up to three business days to be loaded to customer's account.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping policy
Orders over $175.00 (not including taxes*) qualify for our free shipping discount. This applies only to the 10 Canadian provinces. Shipments going to the Yukon, Northwest Territories ,Nunavut, P.O. Box or Isolated communities (see below)**** do not qualify because of increased shipping rates to these addresses.
Flat-Rate shipping policy
For those orders under $175.00 (not including taxes*) LEGENDS WAREHOUSE offers a FLAT-RATE of $10.95 to all ten Canadian provinces ($14.99 for Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) ****see below

****REMOTE & ISOLATED COMMUNITIES CAN BE SUBJECT TO A DELIVERY SURCHARGE.
***These locations are commonly found in Newfoundland, PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, British Columbia and northern communities in Alberta, Ontario and Quebec.
***WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO AVOID SURCHARGES, BY USING REVENUES FROM THE SALE OF THE GAMES TO KEEP THE SHIPPING COST DOWN. HOWEVER, IF WE CAN'T WITHOUT LOSING MONEY THAN WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF A SURCHARGE. IF YOU AGREE AND WE RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT, WE WILL SHIP ASAP. IF NOT, WE WILL REFUND YOUR FULL PAYMENT AND CANCEL THE ORDER.
Customers will be notified prior to the order being processed if their order is subject to additional shipping fees. If the customer agrees to the surcharge, they will then be sent a invoice for the additional shipping. If not, then we will refund their entire order.
****In Canada, the statistical designation remote and isolated community refers to a settlement that is either a long distance from larger settlements or lacks transportation links that are typical in more populated areas.
